Welcome biscuits back into your life with our low-carb better biscuit recipe! Made with our very own baking mix, you’ll get all the comfort of homemade biscuits without the carb overload!

Similar to a drop biscuit, they are soft and fluffy and pair perfectly with both sweet and savory toppings. Made in under 30 minutes, these will quickly turn into your favorite side dish or snack.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Arrange oven racks to the middle of the oven.
  2. Add all dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix using a whisk.
  3. Add cold cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Cut butter using a fork or pastry cutter to small pea-sized pieces. Can also pulse the butter into dry mix in a food processor.
  4. Add in buttermilk 1/3 cup at a time, mix with a spatula until just incorporated.
  5. Scoop biscuit dough using ¼ cup into mounds on a baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-14 minutes, rotating sheets halfway through bake time, or until biscuits are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
