Blueberry Pie

1 Pie crust (see recipe)
4 cups Blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup confectionary/powdered sugar replacer (non-erythritol based is preferred)
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Lemon juice

Blueberries are packed with nutrients, rich in antioxidants, and a source of dietary fiber. Fresh or frozen, these little gems pack a punch of essential vitamins and minerals. This pie filling recipe pears perfectly with our Perfect Pie Crust, so you can enjoy a treat both low in calories and carbohydrates!


  1. Add all ingredient into a large saucepan. Mix well with a spatula.
  2. Cook on medium heat. Stirring constantly, let boil until filling becomes thick.
  3. Let cool slightly.
  4. Fill the filling into the pie crust and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes covering edges of pie with foil to prevent overbrowning.
