Bagel Recipes

 

Galaxy Green

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Carbonaut Herb & Garlic Bagel
  • 2 Tbsp. vegan herb and garlic cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, minced
  • ½ cup pea shoots
  • 1 Tbsp punpkin seeds

 

Instructions

  • Slice your bagel in half.
  • Mix cream cheese with dill.
  • Spread cream cheese on both halves.
  • Top with pea shoots.
  • Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.

 

Launchpad Pink

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Carbonaut Plain Bagel
  • 2 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. beet juice
  • 10 raspberries

 

Instructions

  • Slice your bagel in half.
  • Mix cream cheese with beet juice until it’s pink.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on both halves.
  • Top with raspberries.

 

Planet Purple

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Carbonaut Lemon Blueberry Bagel
  • 2 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese
  • 10 blackberries
  • ½ tsp. dried and crushed culinary lavender (optional)

 

Instructions

  • Slice your bagel in half.
  • Spread cream cheese on both open halves.
  • Sprinkle with lavender, sparingly (optional).
  • Dot with blackberries.

Tip: if using lavender, be sure to use only the culinary version, and remember that less is more.

 

Sunny Yellow

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Carbonaut Plain Bagel
  • 2 Tbsp. vegan cream cheese
  • ½ tsp. turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. sunflower seeds

 

Instructions

  • Slice your bagel in half.
  • Combine cream cheese with turmeric and mix well.
  • Spread cream cheese on both halves.
  • Sprinkle with sesame and sunflower seeds.

 

Blue Moon

 

Ingredients

  • 1 Carbonaut Lemon Blueberry Bagel
  • 2 Tbsp. vegan blueberry cream cheese
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • 12 blueberries

 

Instructions

  • Slice your bagel in half.
  • Spread cream cheese on both open halves.
  • Sprinkle with zest.
