1 Ripe avocado
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbls Lemon juice

Dress your avocado toast up with toppings for more variety and flavour! Try sliced tomato, cucumber, spiralized carrots, or sprouts, fresh herbs like chives or dill, or any fresh and crispy things you have on hand in your kitchen.


  1. Toast your Carbonaut bread
  2. Remove avocado from its skin and mash with a fork in a small bowl
  3. Add salt and lemon juice, then mix together
  4. Remove toast from toaster, and spread your smashed avocado mixture edge to edge
  5. Optional: For an added kick, sprinkle with some chilli flakes or everything bagel seasoning on top
