1/2 cup Lightly salted peanuts
3/4 cup Roasted & salted shelled pistachios
1/2 cup Unsweetened dried cherries OR unsweetened dehydrated blueberries
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (at least 72% cacao)

  1. Place granola in a mixing bowl. Break up any large clusters into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add almonds, peanuts, pistachios, dried cherries, and dark chocolate chips to the granola and toss to combine.
