Vegan Peach Bread Pudding

6 slices Carbonaut Bread
1/2 tsp Almond extract
1/2 tsp Anise
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Cardamom
1/2 cup Oat Milk, extra creamy
1 Peach cubed
1/2 can Low-fat peach syrup
1/3 cup Just egg

If you’re a bread pudding fan, this quick and easy recipe will be the perfect addition to your table! This made this version with fresh peaches, but if they aren’t in available, substitute frozen instead or canned instead.


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 350°F
  2. Whisk Everything together in a bowl EXCEPT Bread, let sit for a few minutes
  3. Use cooking scissors to cup up bread, add to the bowl, and toss
  4. Divide mixture between 6 ramekins or muffin tin
  5. Add a little more of the Just Egg and sprinkle with a little Cinnamon & Nutmeg
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes
